Our consultants are experienced, most of them having worked in managerial or high-level positions in companies (DHR, HR Development Manager, Military Officer, Business Engineer, Production Manager in industry, Quality Manager, etc.). MacAnders consultants know and understand corporate life and its demands – human as well as technical and economic.
Our search managers are permanent employees with academic degrees in HR or practitioners experienced in international ‘head hunting’ in English, German, Finnish, Russian, Spanish and Italian.

Frédéric Clausier – Managing Director
Graduate of a Business School with a specialisation in HR and Labour Law, Frédéric began his career as an HR executive with an industrial maintenance service provider. After working in an English recruitment agency as a Consultant, then as Manager, Frédéric joined the leading company in the railroad industry as HR Recruitment and Development Manager. He went on to take a position with a large German group specialising in B2B services, first as Assistant HRD France and then as HRD for subsidiaries. Frédéric is one of the founding partners of MacAnders, of which he is the Managing Director.

Jean-Louis Briard – Director of the Industry, Construction & Engineering Professions Division
Plastics Technology Engineer + University post-graduate professional degree in HR. After gaining managerial experience in large series production for the automobile industry, Jean-Louis oriented his career towards Human Resources. He began by taking part in creation of the ‘Engineers’ division of an English recruitment agency, and then went on to take an HR position with a major player in the railroad industry in the north of France. In 2004, Jean-Louis decided to co-found MacAnders, where he contributed his technical know-how and experience in the recruitment of skills that are rare in the regions.

Tugdual Blanchet de la Lande – Divisions Director
After taking a degree in Law and Economics, Tugdual began his career in the French Navy with the Marines. He then joined an English banking network before choosing to enter the recruitment field by joining an English agency. There, he began honing his tools in the search for profiles specialising in Finance. In 2004, drawn by the entrepreneurial adventure, he co-founded MacAnders, where he contributes particularly to development in the B2B Services field.

Jérome Andrieu – Director
A graduate of the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion, Jérôme has been working in human resources and recruitment for more than ten years. After initial experience as a Sales Engineer with a leading company in computer infrastructures and services, he joined the ‘Computer’ division of an English recruitment agency. He then worked for more than two years directing an agency within a large consulting firm specialising in high technologies before joining the prestigious American firm Executive Search, where he was assigned to manage its ‘Technologies’ department. After developing this activity for more than five years, he joined MacAnders in 2010, taking a position as Director. In addition to his role as consultant with a varied clientele, Jérôme provides support for the various divisions of the firm thanks to his multi-sector know-how.

Emmanuel Pilard – Senior Consultant
After university studies in human sciences (Master’s Degree in History and Arabic), Emmanuel began his career in the Middle East, where he conducted market studies on behalf of industrial and mass distribution companies. He entered the head hunting field in early 1998, specialising in the search for profiles in High Tech. Recruited by a client, he went on to take a position as sales engineer in the area of means of payment and then in software publishing (ERP/SCM) before joining MacAnders late in 2007 as a Senior Consultant.

Benoit Charasy – Senior Consultant
A Mining Engineer, Benoit Charasy began his professional life in telecommunications as a quality expert engineer. In 2000, he entered the consulting world and became a consultant in strategy and organisation, and then manager of the training department with a leading consulting group. In 2005, Benoit took over operational management of a consultancy firm before joining MacAnders in 2009.

Nicolas Daniel – Senior Consultant
A graduate engineer of the Ecole Centrale Marseille, Nicolas completed his training by taking a master’s degree in auditing and consulting at Hautes Etudes Commerciales. Nicolas began his career in financial auditing in one of the firms of the ‘big four’. He intervened on behalf of a clientele of major accounts in the field of luxury and services. After four seasons of auditing, he chose to enter the recruitment field by joining an English agency. For three years, he assisted players in Auditing (big four, French firm, etc.), Public Accounting and Consulting in organisation and strategy (banking, finance, insurance, sustainable development, industrial performance, etc.). He joined MacAnders in 2010.

Aurélien Ristroph - Senior Consultant
Holding a Master’s Degree in Literature and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the Ecole Supérieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales, Aurélien RISTROPH began his career on an automobile production site working as an HR representative. He then joined a banking group where he was involved in a project for developing professional mobility. In 2006, he took a position with a leading European insurance company in order to develop with the group’s line managers programmes for management training intended for employees with a high potential. Aurélien has been working with MacAnders since 2008.

Marc-Edouard Brunelet - Senior Consultant
Holder of a post-graduate professional degree in Commercial Law and Tax Law + a Master’s Degree in Corporate and Institutional Communication (CELSA). A lawyer, Marc-Edouard began his professional life as a member of the corporate team in a Paris law firm. After four years, he requested voluntary omission from the Paris Bar in order to work with the crisis communication division at the Government Information Service. On completing this mission, he oriented his career towards human resources consulting, joining an English recruitment agency. For nearly five years, he worked with companies and law firms in their search and selection of new talents. He then took a position with a consulting firm in human resources specialising in searching through the direct approach, evaluation of executives and assisting with mobility. An IFOMENE Mediator, MBTI®, Thomas International® and F3P® approved, he joined MacAnders in 2011.

Karine Devallez - Senior Consultant
Holder of a Master’s Degree and of an MBA in management, Karine worked for eleven years in an English recruitment agency. First in Lille and then in Paris, beginning as a Consultant before moving on to Manager and then Partner Consultant specialising in Finance and Corporate Accounting. She joined MacAnders in 2011.

Henri Biérer – Consultant
Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the Sorbonne and a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Commerce in Paris, Henri started his career in private banking as a financial analyst. There he developed a fine knowledge of the specialised distribution sector. After seven years in this position, he conducted a number of financial consulting missions in Dubai on behalf of a company working in the import and distribution of luxury products on the Middle East and North African markets. On returning to Paris, he developed a fundraising activity at an advertising agency. He joined MacAnders in 2011.
